Window balance

Question

I need to replace 2 missing harcor window balances. I have no identifying information. The window is 26 long by 28 wide.

Most Harcar windows use Series 380 side load balances with the 19-005 balance top and 15-005 bottom balance shoe attached. Look at our media guides (on the right side of the page) on how to remove your side load balance and identify which you have.
