Tom from SWISCO responded:
The first step to identifying your balance is that I need to confirm the diameter of outer tube. Please measure it. If the diameter is 3/8", you will need a Series 900 spiral balance. For a 5/8" or 9/16" tube, use Series 600. You will then need to weigh your window sash to confirm the best tip color. Cross-reference the weight with the table on the S900-28 or S600-28 item page to determine the stamp option.
A quick learner from Iowa says:
3/8" -18.5lbs
