Window balance

A home owner from Fellsmere, Fl says:
Not sure if the pictures were sent. I am in dire need of new balances on several windows. The metal portion of the balance measures 30" and is about 1/2" wide. The plastic top portion is very similar to part 19-005. It has a length of 1 1/8" and the wings measure out at 15/16'. The bottom shoe is very similar to part 15-005. It has depth of 1". The window weighs about 23lbs. The top sash guides are badly damaged. I believe they measure at 5/8" wide, 1 1/2" high and the hole to under the top part of the guide 7/8". Hope this helps in finding the right parts for my windows.

Thanks for posting! Based on the information you provided, I think our S380-30 could work for you. Based on your sash weight, I think our 2940 would be best, but you may want to get the exact sash weight just to be 100% sure.

As for the top sash guide, it's hard to tell. I would start with our 18-166. Carefully compare our pictures and dimensions to an undamaged version of your guide to confirm if this can work.
