This appears to be a Coil Balance system; specifically, this looks like our 15-175 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 152 Coil Springs. You also seem to indicate that you need pivot bars. The 26-226, 26-352 and 26-030 are sometimes used with this pivot shoe, but the only way to know if any of these is what you need is to compare the dimensions. No, since the shoe is our 15-175, I'm confident the Series 152 is the Coil Spring you need. I wouldn't worry about the travel; our springs should accommodate the lengths you're citing. The most important thing here is the spring weights to choose. Look for stamps on the springs that indicate this. If there are none, or you're unsure, give me the exact weight of the window sash(es) that these coil balances support, and I can work out the spring weights you need.
The pivot bar looks like our 26-226 to me. Just review the dimensions to be sure.
