Hello. Looks like the balance is 28" long and 3/8th" wide. I'm in Florida and the window is heavy. The tip is white. The balance has a white plastic covering. Can you supply white covering also?
The window won't stay up at all. Window must easily weigh over 40lbs.
White tip holds how much weight?

Thank you for your post, Fabe. Based on what I can see and the information you have provided, it seems either our Series 600 or Series 900 can be used as a replacement. To determine which of the two is the better match, we need for you to measure the diameter of the white plastic covering that was on this balance. Our spiral balances are encased with a metal tube which would be equivalent to your white tube in this case. It should measure 5/8" in diameter, if I am not mistaken. We'd just like for you to confirm that for us. We also ask that you provide the exact weight of your sash. Once we have everything we need from you, we can proceed with the next step.
