I have a broken strong hanging from my window balance. I enclosed two pictures. One is the window tag and other is the top portion of the balance. Can you help. I would appreciate it. Thank you.

I think you might have our Series 770 balance, but it's hard to tell based on this information. I'm afraid that sticker does not tell us what you have. Carefully look over our information and pictures and let me know if it matches.
