Window balance ID

Question

I need replacement Balance parts for four (4) windows. Non-Tilt Double Hung Windows with 1/2" Channel width

(2) "Type 1" Living Room Windows @ 46" x 68" each (double hung)
and
(2) "Type 2" Sewing Room Windows @ 34" x 70"each (double hung)

4 Windows total. All of the windows are Triple Pane, Florida Hurricane resistant (?,?,) windows.

The attached image shows samples of some existing Balance devices. The "Type 1" Balances are both out of the bottom of one of the Living Room Windows. One out of each side of one window. The "Type 2" Balance is out of the top of one side of one of the Sewing Room Windows

(Please note: There are a lot of broken and missing parts from all of these.)

The actual weight of the sash for the window that needs the Type #1 (30" long) Balance is 44 pounds. There are 2 upper sash and 2 lower sash for these two windows

The actual weight of the sash for the window that needs the Type #2 (34" long) Balance is 47 pounds. There are 2 upper sash and 2 lower sash for these two windows

I do not know how many if each type of device is needed for each window. I have a Window Company who say they can install the Balances but they did not know where to get the parts.

How many total Type #1 Balance's do we need for each window? How many total Type #2 Balance's do we need for each window? What is the total Cost for all the Balances?

Thanks for contacting us! I'm confident we can replace these. Type 1 looks like our Series 770. Look it over and see what you think.

Type 2 is a little more weird. I don't recognize that plastic fitting at the bottom. Could this be damaged? If so, do you have an undamaged version we can see? There ought to be a rectangular shoe or something that it connects to, perhaps still in the track. If I'm right, can you show me that shoe?

The reason I ask is because that fitting looks somewhat like our 15-224 inverted link, which is used with our 15-216 shoe. Seeing more of your setup will allow us to confirm. If so, this one might have to be specially made. Get back to me and we can determine what else we need from there.
