Window balance ID

I am trying to find a replacement balance. The window is single hung non tilt. The balance is a spiral 31" blue tip.

I need the correct part number and the proper tool to remove and replace.

I will need 2 initially and then I will order 230.

Thanks for posting. Can you confirm the diameter of the metal tube? If it's 5/8", then I think you should consider our S500-31 spiral balance with a Blue Tip. I also recommend the 75-005 charging tool.
