You have an old Security window balance system. We can help, but it will have to be a custom made balance. Before we go on, I would like you to confirm what I believe you have. I'm thinking of making you a 24" long 1/2" wide channel balance with a 19-042 installed at the top and a 15-005 installed at the bottom. I would also be going with the 2320 stamp option, of course. Let me know if this looks good to you.

If so, please also tell me how many you'd like. Once I know that, I can send you a custom order form and price quote for you to review.
A handy person from Williamsburg, MA says:
yes the windows were called security and they are located in Barbados. If you feel these are the correct balance I will need 10.

Well, there's a good chance those parts are correct, but I cannot confirm. Your pictures are a little blurry so my suggestions are more of an educated guess. I would highly recommend confirming before you order, if there is any way for you to do so. Keep in mind custom balances cannot be returned if they area incorrect.

In the meantime, I will email you a price quote and order form for ten of the mentioned balance configuration.
A quick learner from Williamsburg, MA says:
Tom I would like to mail you the balance so you can verify. I would rather do this than take 10 balances to Barbados & find out they will not work.

Thanks for sending us a sample, Fred. My earlier assessment appears to be accurate. You can use the custom balance form we sent you before to place an order whenever you wish.
