Window balance assemblies

Question

I have five windows single hung, with 2 balance bars each, which of your products would be best to replace these bars. They the one window I took out has two different but similar bars. One is marked 29 - 6. FW. CMC. 0 (broken tackle string). The other is 29- 6 JW CMC 7.

Based on your pictures, I would look at our S385-30 channel balance. I would also recommend our 2960 option for both balances, though you can always weigh your sash to confirm that this is correct.
