Window balance assembly

The other assembly in a window is broken. Our window will not stay up as a result. I think the window is Milgard but I am not sure. I can't find any branding or part numbers on the window anywhere.
I am also missing one of these white plastic window pieces. Could you help identify them? Thanks.

Also, the two screws that are on the window that attach the window to the balance assemblies are missing

The 26-122 might work for the vent latch, but go over the dimensions to see if it matches up. For the pivot bar, see if the 26-226 matches what you need.
