Hello, I have a vinyl double hung window that the balance broke on both sides.If there is anyway you can help id and maybe have replacement parts that would be great.

Sure, I think we can help. Take a look at our S140-8 coil balance. You may want to remove the old balance from the window in its entirety to make sure everything matches up. Many details are obscured while it's still installed.
