Window balance broken

Question

Dear Sir or Madam,

some of my frinds window balancers are broken.
Could you please help to identify which replacement balancer works? The size looks like 9/16 x 1 1/4. On the coils, one is marked "5", the other "6". The weight of the window is 20 - 23 pound. The height is 36 ".
