Window balance catch

I am looking for a replacement window balance catch for my double hung window.

If I can't replace just that part is it possible to replace the side rails & install new window balance system in the existing windows?

PS

There aren't any mfg numbers.

Please let me know.

Hello Keith. If you're only looking to replace your balance clip, our 20-006 should do the trick. However, if you're looking to replace the spring, we won't be able to help. For a replacement spring, you will need to visit your local mill work.
