Window balance channel

Question

I have jordan windows? ( its what the latch says) the spring pulley balance channel thing has a broken plastic pulley and the mechanism no longer works. I pulled it out and the metal channel is stamped "28 4 CALDWELL AM". Do i have to replace the whole channel or can i replace just the plastic pulley piece? How much for a replacement channel? I only need 1. Thank you. A response a.s.a.p. would be very much appreciated as im ready to purchase the replacement parts and commence the rest of the repair.thanks
