Thanks for posting. See either our Series 351 or Series 390 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. The Series 351 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1", whereas the Series 390 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1-1/8". Compare with your old balances and see what you think matches best.

To know which balance length to select, measure the length of the metal channel, not including the end attachments; this should be 29 inches, not 28, but confirm to be sure. Once you know what length to select, you must choose a stamp option. Both 2810 and 28A conform to our stamp option of 2810, for a window sash in the weight range of 7 through 12 lbs. Let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks for the added photos. I'm a bit confused at what I'm looking at. Is this from a separate channel balance? Or is this possibly from a top sash guide (see selection here)? Let us know, and if you have an undamaged version of this piece, mugshot pictures (from front and side) as well as dimensions would be helpful. Many thanks.
