Balance replacement video really helped!

Question

Many thanks for posting the video on replacing window balances. It helped me replace clips at the top of my Kinco (now out of business) windows which had broken...I got the replacement clips from you as well. Couldn't have done it without you.

This is the 2nd time you bailed me out...had to replace some dresser drawer slide parts a couple of years ago (and just ordered some more related parts to do a similar job!).

No doubt I'll be a "repeat-repeat" customer.
