Window balance coil and shoe

Bedroom window will not stay up in position. Window measures 36 1/2" W X 55 3/8" H....No identifying brand name inside sash frame. Only a AAMA CERTIFICATION PROGRAM DECAL ( with series and numbers). Removed damaged coil and shoe. Coil is cut and shoe is cracked. Crack can be seen in last photo. Hopefully you can help. Thanks

Hello! I think we should definitely be able to help. Your pivot shoe closely resembles our 15-180, which in turn works with the Series 190 coil spring. You will need to reference the number stamped on your existing spring to determine the correct Series 190 option.

How do I place and order for the pivot shoe and coil spring?

Hmm... we do not carry any springs that can hold 9 pounds. Could it be a 6 instead? To be 100% sure what option you need, you can weigh your sash on a scale and tell me what you get.

Yes I believe it could be a #6.....
