Window balance for Alenco window

Question

I don't have the exact measurements yet, but I'll be getting them soon.  I'm not sure what type of balance this is. Thank you!

This looks like an older spiral balance for tilt windows. With that in mind, you only have two options to pick from: either the 3/8" diameter Series 900 or the 9/16" diameter Series 600. You just need to measure the diameter of the outer tube to confirm.

As for the pivot shoe, this is similar in design to our 15-188. I recommend reviewing our dimensions to ensure that the thickness and width align. That will be the determining factor.
