I have one pair that is stamped 27-6 CB5 CMC. The metal channel is 27" x 5/8".
I also have a smaller version that is not stamped. Same hook and end pieces. The metal channel is 16".

Hi there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help with this, but it must be a custom order. The 86 number tells us your balance uses a special washer that regulates the pulley system. Can you measure the bottom shoe's depth and tell us what you get? The metal channel should also measure 28" for the 27-6 balance. Can you double-check that and confirm?
We'll also need you to confirm the stamp for the smaller balance. Lastly, how many balances are you looking to replace for each?
