Window balance for Louisiana Pacific window

A home owner from Illinois says:

Good Day,
Can you help me with the pictured sash balance? I would like to get two sets, left and right.

I also need another set for a similar design be they are labled 24.

And, lastly, the odd shaped plastic peices that are on the lower area of the sash that locks and unlocks the balance when the window is removed.
