Window balance for aluminum windows

I need to find some window balances for aluminum windows. House built in 1967.

We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order due to its unique configuration of nylon attachments. We would be using our 19-004 top and 15-031 bottom.

Before we begin, can you tell me the length of the metal channel and the stamp printed on it? Can you also tell me how many you need?
