Hello,
I need help identifying parts for a window balancer for a Florida Extruders International - Milestone single series 1000 window. It appears to be 30 inches from one end to another with the"UB 28D" marking on it. I have attached pics and can provide more if needed.

I'm going to take two guesses, and you need to check them both. First, I guess your metal bar to be 29" long from metal to metal. Is it?
Second, I guess that your bottom shoe matches the 1" shoe shown below. Does it?
If so, check out the S351-29 channel balance. There is a "2840" stamp option that often stands in for old "28D" markings. Check that. The 2840 holds window sashes between 23 and 28 pounds. Your window should weigh within that range. Let me know if anything doesn't match up.

Thank you for the reply. Yes the metal bar is 29". The bottom shoe is 1.25" not 1", and appears to have wing tips. I attached more pics. Is S351-29 still the best choice?

How about this: is this the shoe you have? If so, check out the S390-29.
