Window balance halp needeed

I have attached images of the window balances that I need replacements for. Please have some one call me when you have time.

Thanks for posting. I believe this could be our S385-30 channel balance. I would just recommend you confirm that your bottom shoe has the same depth as the one that comes with this balance. It should be 1-3/32". If not, let me know what it is and I can try to find something closer.

I also see your top sash guide is broken. I can recommend a replacement, but I would need to see a picture of an undamaged version. Is the other side whole and unbroken? If so, that should do. I would also like your measurements.
