Hello! I was wondering are you able to guide me where exactly on your website I can find this window balance, there is so many and I don?t know how to read the stamp and what to buy so that I don?t buy the wrong one.

The measurement is 30?

This is S385-30 or S380-30, depending on the depth of the attachment shown below. If your attachment is 1", choose S380-30, and if it is 1-3/32", then it will be S385-30.
