Window balance help

A quick learner from 91320 says:
Need help trying to find the balance and also included one pic of a guiding wheel for the window next to it I cannot find.

Thanks for posting. This balance looks like a S380-33 or S385-33. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. You will need a stamp option of 3240. As far as your window roller, I am not certain if we have a replacement. Can you provide dimensions of the housing and the diameter of the wheels? In the time being I am going to see if any of my senior colleagues have ideas. Thanks.
