Window balance help

Hello I thought I need s765 29-3 but I'm not sure. Can you help identify? Also need new boot but forgot to take picture. It was marked not plastic with metal "U" when window sat. I'll need many more but I'll start with 2 for the first window.

Hey there!

Based on the shoe your balance uses, I recommend the S795-30 with the 30C stamp. The 15-195 is the closed-cam shoe that comes attached to this balance by default. You'll want to confirm that the width is 1-1/4" and that the cam is closed as well. Please note that this balance uses a screw to mount to the top of the window track.

If yours uses a hook, let me know! We can still help but it would require a custom order.

Hello, when you say screw to mount the top to the window track, there is a screw that holds the string that runs through the balance attached at the very top of my window. Is that the screw I'm looking for?

Yes! It sounds like your balance uses the 19-043 screw tab like ours so you should be good to go.
