Window balance help

Question

Hello, I have a couple balances that broke and am having a hard time figuring out what size to buy. It is stamped "24G", the metal part measures 14" long, width is 1/2", and there is a spring in it. I'm hoping you can help send me in the right direction. Here are some pictures so you can better verify what exactly I need. Thank you!

Hey, Ashley. Can you confirm the length of your metal channel? Based on your stamp it should be 24" long, not 14". If so, it will need to be custom made. That shouldn't be a problem though. All I need to know is how many you need and we can work from there.

As for the pivot shoe, can you tell me its width and thickness?
