Window balance hurricane

Thanks for posting! I am confident we can supply you with a replacement for your existing balances but to confirm this, I'll need to see a photo of the existing hardware removed from the window. The stamp from the balance will only indicate the weight range the balance should be able to support.

Please provide photos of the top and bottom attachments, as well as a photo of the bracket that connects the spring and the string in the center of the balance.
