Window balance identification

Right now, the only characters I can make out are HH 12 31 75. Seems more like a date than an id. Let me know please if this helps

I actually think 12 31 is the stamp we're looking for. Our 24-1231 is designed to replace balances with this marking, but if you wanted to be 100% sure I'd like a clear picture of that stamp to confirm. Seeing how it's printed will let me give you a more confident recommendation.
