Window balance 21 12 BSI

Good Morning, I am in need of 2 window balances ( see photos) . It is a 1/2 " cannel-- 22" long--sash dimension outside is 24x50 "--weight is 32 lbs-- the channel has 2 springs inside. For the ends please see photos. Can you help? Thank you, Bert

This could be either our Series 390 or Series 351 channel balance, depending on the size of the shoe. Look them over and see what you think.

Thank you for your prompt reply. My window is wood with plastic coating - so, my pick is series # 351.#2165 (30 to 34 lbs. # 15-002 and 19-002 shoe's.
