Window balance identification...I need 4

The number 2330 and what seems like a partial "5" seems to be stamped on the front bottom. The metal balance is 24" in length and 9/16" width. The plastic clip on the top is 1.25" The total length from bottom plastic to top plastic is 25 9/16"

This looks like it would be a special custom balance with our 19-039 top and 15-002 bottom. Do those parts look good to you? We can make it for you, but before we begin I just need to k now how many you need.

I will need 4 of these. I will also need 4 other balances that look the same but have the stamp 2320P.
