Window balance identify

A contractor from Chandler, AZ says:
This window balance has a 23 then below these numbers has the number 9 on top of psi letters. Need 2 replacement balances. Don't know actual lenght of metal channel of balancer. Thanks for your support!

Thanks for writing in. I am afraid we need more information to be able to help. Can you show us pictures of the nylon fittings on either end of the balance? Can you also confirm the length of the metal channel? It is likely 24" long, but it's best to confirm to be safe. Finally, your stamp code of 23-9 is from an older rating system we don't use. Can you weigh your window sash? That exact weight will tell us the new stamp option you'll need. Many thanks.
