Window balance- identifying a replacement

Hi,
I'd like to buy some replacements for these window balances but don't know which of your products would be best.
markings: 21 4 IR CALDWELL
length: 22"
width: 1/2"
window is single hung. Double glazed 24" X 44"

You'll need either the S380-22 or the S385-22 to replace your window balances. To determine which series you have, compare the measurement for the depth of the shoe.
