Window balance images

Question

I believe I need these silver balances? i have 3 different width windows, but the height of the windows all seem to be 62 inches? thanks for any info!

I know it looks like it's a no-brainer on the video. But the frame around my windows seems especially tight, so the windows don't just slide right out. Is it possible part of the frame needs to be removed first?

These are non-tilt. Probably made in 1995. Black aluminum. Single pane. And instead of the metal clips shown, i have plastic?.

Thanks for posting. Your take out clips appear to be the Pan Am clip, part 16-023. These are commonly used with Series 377 Channel Balances. To confirm which you have, you'll need to confirm the length of your metal channel (only the metal) as well as the stamps/markings from the metal channel.

If your balance has no stamps/markings or it does not match what is shown for the balance length, you'll need to obtain the weight of the window. Then, you'll use the chart (below the product description) to determine your stamp option for the weight range your balances should carry.

I also noticed that your top sash guide is broken, so you will need to repair it in order to properly install the balances and ensure they do not become damaged. The top sash guides help to guide the balances in the track and prevent the balances from shooting to the top of the track. They are part 18-042.
