Window balance inquiry

I need help finding my window balance The metal channel is 30 inches long and the stamp on the side says 29-4 JH5 cmc 50. I can't seem to find an identical one. Thanks in advance

We cannot assist with a replacement balance, but to further review, are you able to provide a picture of the inside of the metal channel where we can see the connection point between the spring and pulley system? From there we can determine the correct style for your window. Thank you!
