I have a non tilt window balance I am trying to replace, I have narrowed it down to a Series 380 or 385, top shoe should be a match to 19-005, lower shoe most likely is a 15-004 but it is not a visual match. Rather than being a full 1 inch in depth, mine is 15/16, with a different profile. Any insight is appreciated. Length of channel only is 29 inches, window weight is less than 10 pounds.

The balance you have here appears to have the 7/8" 15-029 shoe, installed on the Series 378 Channel Balance. Since your channel length is 29", you'll need the S378-29.
For your 28B stamp, we suggest using the 2820 stamp option, which can support a sash weighing 12 to 16lbs. Although, since you've estimated the sash to be less than 10lbs, the 2810 may be the one you need. It will support a 7 to 12lbs sash.
It would be a good idea to confirm the exact sash weight to be sure of the exact stamp you need.
