Seems to be 16 inches with 15B stamped on it.

To determine the correct replacement balance for your window, we'll need to see a photo of yours removed. Particularly, the top and bottom nylon fittings. In the meantime, you can review our balances here.

Reference #D138694. These are the pictures yyou ( Kathleen) requested.
It looks like 16" series 390 channel balance might work.

I agree, our Series 390 looks very close. As long as the nylon fittings are the same size in addition to being the same style (which we know they are) then I think it'd work well as a replacement.
Based on your old stamp of 15B, I recommend the 1520 option.
