Window balance order Series 377

Question

hi,

I placed an order for 6 window balances, (order number 1091654), I think that they are the 377 series, but I want to confirm with your company before you ship the order. I saw your video and measured them to be 30" long and the spring counter is labeled on the side as 2950.

IMG 1706 and 1707 is the top of the balance, and 1708 is the bottom.

If my order is correct, please process it, if I have the wrong balance ordered, please contact me with the correct item.

Hi Anton,

It does look like you have the Series 377 from these photos, but to be sure please compare the measurements of the top and bottom attachments. I've attached some photos below for you to look over.
