I am checking to see if you carry this part. I believe the part is a T Lock balance shoe. This is from a plygem window (3046). The following is stamped on the part.

Thanks for reaching out! You are correct, this is the T-Lock Balance shoe. The one you are searching for specifically is the 1-1/4" open cam, T-Lock shoe. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing hardware to confirm. I am confident this is the replacement you'll need.

Thank you for the response. Is there any concern that the design is different on the sides of the unit. Top to bottom vs side to side (see pictures circled in red).

It appears that those are the tabs that allow the shoe to pop into the balance. There is a chance that the design could be an issue, however, it will depend on the type balance channel you have and how you shoe connects to it.

May I please see a photo of the channel the balance connects to?
