I am looking to confirm if I am ordering the correct replacement window balance for my window. Attached are some photos of the balance and details of the window for your reference.
Weight of the window is 21.4 lbs
Length of metal portion of balance is 32 inches
Heel-to-toe bottom shoe depth is 1 3/32in.
The writing on the balance says: 31 3 FS Caldwell
