Hi,
Would you please help us to identify our window channel balances? These
are about 40 inches long with 23inch springs. There are printings saying
40SP 30 bsi on the side. Pictures are attached. Thanks!

I'm not sure what you might have. That stamp is very peculiar. Can you give me the width and height of the metal channel? Can you also show me a clearer picture of the clip at the end of the cord? and the pivot shoe to which that clip attaches? Finally, do you screw the balance at the top of the window track, or does it attach some other way?

Hi width and height are both 1/2 inch. The clip is very generic. and two channels goes horizontal above the window.
