I believe my windows were made by Kinco. House built in 2003. Actual metal length of balance is 30".

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2950 spring strength options for your replacement balances.

Bottom plastic guide measures 1.075" which is close to the 1 3/32". So I assume the S385 is the right series and my balance has a stamp of 2950 so would that be what I need to order?

In that case, see the S385-30 channel balance with a 2950 strength option.
