Window balance parts needed

Hi, our old window balance mechanism broke down, looks like the big black spring hook is broken off. I can't seem to find a replacement on your parts. I'll attach photos. Please let me know if you have a replacement for it and do I need to change all four or just two would work ?

Thanks for posting. Is the ribbed metal channel 30" long? If so, I believe this is an S751-30. For a stamp option, choose 29HD. For the S-Clip, see the short 19-029. Let me know if you have further questions.

Yes it is 30" and the spring inside is 17.5"

As long as it's 30" long, then yes, I think this is the S751-30. Again, for a stamp option choose 29HD, as printed on your original balance. This designates a balance that can support a sash in the weight of 22 through 28 pounds. Let me know if you have further inquiries.
