The window is a single hang silver line window. I believe is a 2900 series.

Thanks for writing in! I am confident that we can supply you with a replacement for your channel balances. Although, to determine the best possible replacement, I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balances and any other compatible attachments the balance has. It is likely they could still be in the window channel and/or attached to the bottom of the sash.
