Looking for a replacement for the window balance in photos stamped "26C". Thank you.

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I can't identify this balance just yet. There ought to be some kind of shoe that goes with it. It may still be installed in the window track but we'll need to see photos to get started.
Can you also confirm if this balance uses a hook or a screw for installation?
