Window balance replacement

Please help- I have several windows which won't open and I am trying to determine the correct replacement balance. I know it is 28 inches, type A, non tilt but I can't determine what type based upon the ends.

Please have a look at our S350-28 channel balance. This comes complete with a 19-002 balance top and 15-004 bottom balance shoe. Check to make sure the nylon fitting matches up with yours. If so, then you can go with the 2730 option that holds a sash weight of 13-19 pounds.
