Unfortunately, the manufacturer stick does not indicate the hardware that the window uses. We'd still be happy to help but we would need to see photos of your coil balance assembly fully removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Thanks for getting back to us. Your pivot shoe looks like a match to the 15-180 balance shoe, which is used with the Series 190 coil springs. There should be numbers stamped at the base of an undamaged coil spring that you can use to choose the corresponding strength option for your replacements.
