Hello. I'm looking to replace the window balance that is shown in the pics I uploaded. The part number printed on the it is 19 4 ET CMC 2. I had purchased 2 replacements from another company but the balance string has failed. I noticed on what they had sent, there was no track 'lips' extending outward to keep the balance from floating in the channel. Do you have the original part available? Forgot to add test it is 20".

There is a version of your Caldwell balances that uses a type of pulley and spring connection that differs from ours, which affects the functionality of the balance. We would need to see the spring and pulley connection inside the metal channel of an undamaged balance to confirm if you could use our stock balances, or if they'd need to be custom-ordered.
