Window balance replacement

Question

Wanting to make sure I order the right part. My pivot shoes look different than ones on your site also. My balance string is held by a screw on top of window frame.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your balance looks to be a match for the S795-26 with the 26D stamp option. Please note that this comes attached with the 15-195, which is 1-1/4" wide and features a closed cam. We recommend removing the old shoe to confirm the specifications match up with ours.
